Hi everyone! School is starting very soon, or has already started in some countries, so I thought that I might do a Back To School Organisation post because that is something I personally struggle with the most. Today I will share my tips on how to stay organised for school, and what I find helps the most. My next post will be outfits for school/autumn and it will go up sometime this week. L
1. Get yourself a notebook or something similar in which you can write what you have to do, and must do.
Sometimes I find myself thinking: "Oh, I only have a few things to do, I can finish that in a short amount on time, let's watch some more Youtube." And then when I actually start doing them I see how much stuff there is and I realise it will take me a lot longer, so usually I end up not having enough time to do everything I need to do. When I write down all of my chores for the day, and everything important, it helps me get a better picture of how many things I actually have to do and how much time it will take me.

2. Put all your electronics away while studying!
This one seems obvious, but it's still the hardest one for me to do. I know that when I'm studying even the ceiling becomes interesting, but somehow I manage to put everything away and concentrate on studying for the amount of time I need. When I study and my phone is near me, I constantly make breaks to check up if there is anything new on my phone and end up learning nothing, which brings me to bad grades. When I leave my phone just for an hour I feel like I accomplished so much more. I don't know about you, but it works like that with me.
3. Don't leave everything until the last moment
I'll give you an example here: If you get homework at Tuesday, and you're due to bring it in on Friday, if you do it on Thursday night, when in a hurry to do everything on time, it's more likely that your homework will be worse, and that you will get a lower grade than how it would've been if you had done it right away on Tuesday or Wednesday. I know that we all feel tired when we come back from school, but then at least we know that we got one thing off our shoulders and that you don't have to worry about that homework anymore.
4. Go to bed earlier and then get up earlier to revise
I know that some people can do an excellent job when they stay up all night and study for a test they have in the morning, but I think that a good alternative to that is studying in the evening, then going to bed a bit earlier than usual, so that you can get up around half an hour earlier and then revise all you have studied last night. I think that this way you will get the sleep you need to function normally, but you will also get a chance to do a little check up on yourself and see if you know everything you need to know, and also revise the things you're not so good at.
5. Try to get as much as possible good grades at the beginning of the school year
First impression is always important. If you study hard enough at the beginning, when there is also less material to study, you will get good grades and the impression at the beginning of the school year usually also leaves an impact on the teacher, and it is always better that they know you as a girl/boy who gets good grades from the start rather than knowing you as a student that got a bad grade in September already and then you have to work really hard to make the bad picture about you fade away.
Those were my school organisation tips, please leave yours in the comments and write what would you like to see next! xx
